Chef Antonia Lofaso's culinary creations are an opportunity to delve into the depths of her interior world. It is her food that stirs curiosity. It was born as she moved out of into the Long Island suburbs and entered the culturally rich environment that is Los Angeles. Scopa Italian Roots was opened in 2013 by Lofaso who was influenced with her Italian American heritage. The restaurant was greeted with an enthusiastic reception. The food at Lofaso is always delicious, welcoming and pleasing. Lofaso took her cues from the greats of culinary with sophisticated cooking techniques. She soon rose to the ranks at Wolfgang Puck's Spago after which she went further to collaborate with celebs in several Los Angeles kitchens. In the year 2011, Lofaso joined forces together with Sal Aurora and Mario Guddemi to open Black Market Liquor Bar in Studio City. Lofaso's home was found within Black Market Liquor Bar and her business partnerships. Lofaso achieved the creative spirit she desired thanks to her partnership. Black Market is not constrained by one definitive direction which is exactly what the idea. This course would begin with dill-flavored potato chips, Shishito peppers, and finish with Korean wings. Antonia anchors the bold range of flavours. Lofaso has, over the course of her career, has judged her success by how well she knows her target audience. In addition, she remains authentic to her personality. She has been a part of numerous television shows such as Top Chef Chicago, Top Chef: All Stars as well as Cutthroat Kitchen Man vs. Child on The Food Network and ABC's Real O'neals. Her talents have continued to be showcased as a judge for CNBC's Restaurant Startup. Lofaso worked with Penguin to publish The Busy mom's Cookbook - 100 Recipes For Quick Delicious home-cooked Meals in the year 2012. This book also reveals the story of her struggle as a mother of Xea and studying at the French Culinary Institute.
